Drunk Penn Yan pair charged after hospital incident

On Saturday night, around 9:00 pm, Penn Yan Police arrested Dylan M. Force, age 20, and a 16-year-old male, both of Penn Yan, for disorderly conduct at Police were called to East Elm Street on Friday night for a suspicious incident and found a 16-year-old intoxicated near the intersection of Seneca Street.The teen led officers to a residence on East Elm Street where Dylan Force was found unconscious due to intoxication.Both individuals were transported to the hospital where they became belligerent and disorderly with staff and public.The pair were arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and the teen was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alchohol under 21.They were arraigned in Benton Town Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail. Force’s bail was set at $500 cash and $1,000 bond.
