An annual blood drive, which is open to the public, is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, 2013, from 1:30pm – 6:30 pm at the North Seneca Ambulance building on North Road in Waterloo. All blood types are needed. Walk-ins are welcome. Willie Neuman, Senior Construction Inspector for the Seneca Meadows Landfill, is a faithful double red contributor for the facility’s annual American Red Cross blood drive.
