We are sad to report that the market season ended last week. We were hoping to be there one more time this season but after surveying the vendors last week, we decided it would be best to end the season. The Seneca Falls Development Corporation, Seneca County CCE and all of the vendors want to say THANK YOU for being so supportive of the market in 2013. The weather cooperated most every Wednesday and many customers visited the park each week. We are grateful for your belief in buying local, fresh produce and other products produced right here in Seneca County and surrounding counties. We will be meeting over the winter months to be sure the market for 2014 is the best it can be for customers and vendors alike. We look forward to opening in June of 2014 with a park full of local vendors and many returning and new customers! Please send me an email if you have any comments, ideas, suggestions or complaints about the market so we can address those as we move forward. Pass this email on to your friends, family or coworkers who might be interested and have them email me if they would like to be added to our email list for 2014.We will be making posts on our Facebook throughout the coming months with any updates or news about the market and will make weekly posts once the season starts next year. So if you haven’t liked us yet, do it now! www.facebook.com/senecafallsfarmersmarketThank you once again for contributing to the success of the market. I know I will miss being in the park each week supporting local foods and the local economy. Many farm stands are still open around the area and local businesses are in need of customers, so continue to shop local as much as possible!
