On Tuesday at 1:30 pm, the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit along with the Emergency Response Team of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department executed a Search Warrant at 26 Park Avenue, #3, Geneva.A quantity of marihuana, currency, property and two loaded handguns were taken into police custody.
Vangie M. Navarro, of 26 Park Avenue #3, age 28, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree C Felony (2 counts). Navarro is awaiting arraignment at the time of this report.The arrest was a result of the four month investigation. Additional charges are pending at this time.
