On Friday around 3:06 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Damon M. Moody of West Main Street, Waterloo for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree.The arrest stems from a traffic stop where police attempted to stop the Green SUV Moody was operating. Moody failed to pull over for multiple police agencies in addition to avoiding a oncoming Waterloo Police officer who was attempting to cut the fleeing vehicle off.Moody was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correction facility on no bail. Moody was also violated by Parole.Moody’s next court appearance is in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 23rd, 2013 at 9:00am. Moody was also charged with Felony DWI, Felony AUO, failure to stop for a stop sign, refusing to take a breath test, unlicensed operator, and operating without and ignition interlock device.The Town of Seneca Falls Police were assisted by the Waterloo Police Department, Seneca County Sheriffs Office, and New York State Police.
