On Monday, John W. Mccoggle, age 21 of 500 Pulteney Street in Geneva, was taken into custody by the City of Rochester Police Department with no incident at 4:00 pm.He has been indicted on Assault 1, Assault 2 and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges regarding a stabbing incident back on March 17, 2013. On that date, two male victims were stabbed, one to the hand and one to the chest-stomach area. Both victims were attempting to break up a fight that started inside a Geneva bar.Mccoggle will be transported to City of Geneva Police Department, processed and then turned over to Ontario County for arraignment. No bail has been set.
