Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of an accident that occurred in the area of ST RT 5 and ST RT 96A in the Town of Waterloo. Deputies state that while investigating the incident a vehicle that was parked at the Byrne Dairy was found to be involved in the incident.Angel N Vega, age 36, of 35 Gates Ave. in Geneva was operating a motor vehicle that had a inspection sticker that was not associated with that vehicle. Vega was issued UTT’s for Unlicensed Operator, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and displaying a Forged Inspection Sticker.Vega is due to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on 11-14-13 at 5:00 pm to answer for the charges.
