Newark entered their week 5 contest against ER/Gananda with an unblemished 3-0 record. ER/Gananda would leave Newark with a 22-18 victory on Friday night leaving both teams with a 4-1 record on the 2013 campaign.Micah Wright had another big game for the Reds catching 5 passes from Phil Tack for 141 yards and two touchdowns. Alec Otero added a one-yard touchdown rush to round out the scoring for Newark.For ER/Gananda, Kendrick Watson led the way with 14 carries for 121 yards and two touchdowns.Newark visits 1-4 Pal-Mac next Friday night while ER/Gananda will visit Tom Coughlin Field to face Waterloo. Both games kick-off at 7:00 pm.
