Penn Yan Police arrested Damon R. Walker, age 22, of Keuka Street in Penn Yan on Thursday at 4:33 pm and charged him with 2 counts of petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana.Police arrested Walker after he allegedly stole alcohol from Byrne Dairy in the Village of Penn Yan on two separate occasions.When officers took Walker into custody, he had a marijuana pipe and marijuana in his possession.Walker was arraigned and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
