On the 30th of September 2013 the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christina A. Strally 35 of 7 Reed St. in Waterloo, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and for Petit Larceny. The arrest stems from a incident that that occurred on the 28th of September 2013 at a business in Seneca Falls.It is alleged that Strally was caught on camera at a local business stealing merchandise with her child present. Strally was processed and released and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 17th of October 2013 at 10:00am.
