The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September, 28th at 3:04 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Raymond E Duerr, age 47, of 5693 Colonels Dr Romulus NY, at the New York State Police Romulus Barracks in the Town of Romulus. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and refused to submit to a breath test. Duerr was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and ROR’d. Duerr is to appear back before the Town of Romulus Court on October 4th, at 10:00 AM to answer for the charges.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September, 27th at 11:06 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jessica L Siurano, age 27, of 7995 Footes Corners Rd Interlaken NY, on N Main St Interlaken in the Town of Covert. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and DWI Operating with a BAC of .08% or more and is to appear before the Town of Covert Court October 21st at 10:00 am to answer the charges.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on September 27, 2013 at approximately 12:25am Sheriff Deputies arrested Jessica A Smith, age 30 of 91 State Route 318 Phelps, NY for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Deputies initiated a traffic stop on East River Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls. Upon further investigation it was found that Smith was in the presence of a female victim who has a full stay away order of protection against Smith. Smith was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Seneca Falls Town Court on October 17, 2013 to answer the charge.
