The Newark Reds varsity football team is undefeated through four weeks after traveling south to dispose of Midlakes, 33-6 on Friday night.The Reds were led by Micah Wright who caught three passes for 121 yards and a pair of touchdowns and returned a kick-off 70 yards to paydirt for a third score. Newark quarterback Phil Tack threw for 140 yards and three touchdowns.For Midlakes (0-4), Jeryd Graham rushed for 73 yards and quarterback Jordan Miller rushed for the Eagles’ only score on the evening.Newark will be at home in Week 5 as they host ER/Gananda on Friday night at 7:15. ER/Gananda lost a close one to Geneva this week 25-20.For Midlakes, Pal-Mac comes to town next Friday night at 7:00 pm.
