The Waterloo Indians picked up their first win of the season on Friday night, traveling to Pal-Mac and emerging with a 25-20 win over the Red Raiders.Jakuar Ali was handed the ball an incredible 39 times for 212 yards and three touchdowns, literally putting the Indians on his back and carrying them to victory. Patrick Sobus also rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown as Waterloo improves to 1-3.Ali’s performance wasn’t the only impressive line of the night as Stephen Morrell rushed for 165 yards on 14 carries and 2 touchdowns for Pal-Mac. Seth Krebbeks added 61 yards and a score. Pal-Mac stands at 0-4 heading into week 5.Pal-Mac will look to pick up their first win next Friday night as they travel to face Midlakes at 7:00 pm.Waterloo heads to Ontario to face Wayne in Week 5. The Eagles narrowly defeated Penn Yan on Friday night, 33-32, to improve to 3-1. Kick-off is set for 7:00 pm.
