Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Tuesday evening at 11:40 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested William J. Irwin IV, age 36 of Halsey Lane, Lodi for criminal trespass in the second degree.It is alleged that Irwin entered a residence in the Town of Lodi where a domestic incident took place. Irwin remained unlawfully inside the residence until 911 was called.Irwin was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear before the Town of Lodi Court on October 2nd, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
