Waterloo Police Department arrested Jacob W. Reintjes, age 24, residing at E. Main Street in Waterloo, following a domestic disturbance at 10:00 pm Thursday evening on E. Main St.Reintjes is accused of pushing and kicking a female during the domestic and then struggled with and attempted to kick police while being taken into custody. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana.Reintjes was charged with Resisting Arrest, Harassment 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is being held without bail due to being on probation at the time.
