Voters in Seneca Falls and Waterloo voted down the possibility of merging the two districts in a straw vote held Tuesday. The vote was much closer in Seneca Falls with an above average voter turnout in both districts.In Seneca Falls:848 No750 YesIn Waterloo:777 No446 Yes
