The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on September 14, 2013 at approximately 6:08pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Milton C. Sowards, age 57 of Romulus for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving a Motor Vehicle with BAC .08% or higher.Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at an Ovid business. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Sowards was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.Sowards was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear at the Ovid Town Court on October 22, 2013 to answer the charges.
