Phelps woman arrested on family court warrant

Seneca County Sheriff Office reports on 09/12/13 at 1145 hrs, Sheriff Deputies arrested, Jessica A. Smith age 30 of Rt 318 Phelps NY on a Seneca County Family Court warrant. Smith was arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls Court since Family Court was not in session, committed in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1000 bail bond. Smith is to appear before Family Court when in session.
