Seneca Falls Police arrested Duane M. Lerkins Jr., age 41, of Ridge Road in Fayette, on September 16th, 2013 at about 1:00 pm for Petit Larceny.Lerkins allegedly stole $75.69 worth of merchandise from a Town of Seneca Falls business.Lerkins was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 26th, 2013 at 10am to answer the charge.
