On September 15th, 2013 at 12:19 am, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Ronald Perrine, age 59 of State Route 96A Geneva, for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% or more alcohol, Refusal to Submit to a Preliminary Breath Test, and Failure to use Designated Lane.This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 414 after a vehicle being operated by Perrine was observed crossing the center yellow line and the white fog line. Perrine was released on uniform traffic tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 26th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
