On 09/11/2013 at approximately 1:38 am, Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas J. King age 44, of Peterman Road Apartments, Seneca Falls. King was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired by combined influence Drugs/Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd , Operating while Registration Suspended, Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Uninspected Motor Vehicle . This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Swaby Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. King is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/12/13 at 10:00am to answer the charges.On the 10th of September 2013 around 8:24pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Andrew N Tompkins of Heath Street, Seneca Falls for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on State Route 5/20 around 8:24pm where he was found to have a suspended license. Tompkins is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 26th of September 2013 at 10:00am.On 09/05/13 at approximately 9:49 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Austin R. Deal, age 25, of Peterman Road, Seneca Falls, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Deal was arrested after police received a report of a domestic dispute that occurred with a female resident in the Town of Seneca Falls. Deal is accused of subjecting the female to unwanted contact and causing scratches to her face while in the presence of a 1-year-old child. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and ROR’d. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09/25/13 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the female. On the 7th of September 2013 at 11:50PM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Steven W. Howe, age 46, of 3080 State Route 89, Seneca Falls NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on Peterman Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls after Howe’s vehicle was observed committing several traffic violations. Howe was arrested and arraigned at the Town of Junius Court where he was released and is to appear back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 26th of September at 10:00am. Howe was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Speed in Zone, Unsafe Turn Without Signal, and Parking/Standing on a Public Highway.
