The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 6th at 9:03pm Deputies arrested 28 year old Precious L. Sutter of W. Kendaia Rd. in Romulus for driving while intoxicated.The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Ovid where Sutter was stopped for speeding and crossing the center line.Sutter was subsequently arrested and charged with Speeding, Failure to keep right and Two counts of DWI including Aggravated DWI .18%BAC or greater. Sutter was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court where she was ROR’d to appear in the town of Ovid Court on the 10th of September at 10:00am.
