On September 7th 2013 at 1107 a.m. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gregory C. McPike, age 52 of 2608 Quaker Road in Palmyra, on State Route 5 in the Town of Waterloo for DWI, BAC of .08% or greater, window tint and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle with intent to consume. McPike was issued appearance tickets to appear in Waterloo Town Court on October 10th 2013 at 5 p.m. to answer the charges.
