On September 5th, 2013 at 12:48 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Bruce A. Tompkins, age 59, of Daniels Street Seneca Falls for Driving While Intoxicated, and Unlicensed Operator. This arrest resulted from a complaint of a dispute on Lower Lake Road in the Town of Seneca Falls.After further investigation it was determined that Tompkins operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.Tompkins was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Tompkins is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 25th, 2013 at 9:00am for his next hearing.
