The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that last week deputies arrested Jacob M. Mead, age 17, of Ann Street in Ovid for Forcible Touching. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on 07/30/13 in The Town of Fayette where it is alleged that Mead subjected a 13 year old female victim to unwanted contact.Mead is to appear in the Fayette Town Court on 09/18/13 to answer the charges.
