Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Justin R Nenneau, age 43 of Stanton Meadows Apartments in Seneca Falls, for the offense of Welfare Fraud in the fourth degree.It is alleged that from July 2012 to May 2013 Nenneau failed to disclose money that he was receiving from an annuity that he had inherited. By not disclosing this income Nenneau was provided with benefits from the Seneca County Department of Welfare that he was not in entitled to.Nenneau was arraigned before Village Justice Mattoon where he was Ror’d and Nenneau is to reappear on 10-02-13 at 1000 hrs. for further court action.
