On September 1st, 2at around 2:07 pm, Seneca Falls Police, Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance responded to the intersection of Fall Street and Cayuga Street for a personal injury motorcycle accident.The operator Robert R. Reed, age 59, of Edwards Road in Waterloo, was turning onto Cayuga Street when Reed lost control of his motorcycle in some loose gravel sending Reed up and over the curb and causing him to strike a sign post.Reed was flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital. Reed’s wife, Joanne M. Reed, age 57 of the same address, was uninjured.
