Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Monday at 9:29 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jeri D. McCown age 48, of State Route 336 Romulus for criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a felony, and harassment in the 2nd degree after a domestic dispute in the Town of Varick.Sheriff’s Deputies report that McCown was involved in a physical altercation with a Town of Varick resident after a class B order of protection was in place.McCown was arraigned before the Town of Varick Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.McCown is to reappear before the Town of Varick Court on September 4th 2013 at 6:45PM for further action.
