The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on the 29th of August at 7:29pm, Deputies Arrested 51 year old Althea Hubbart of Purple Leaf Lane in West Chili, New York for one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a class E Felony.It is alleged that Hubbart was found to be in possession of over $1,000 worth of stolen merchandise from a Town of Junius business. Hubbart was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court.A felony hearing was set for September 3rd at 7:30pm.
