On Friday, Waterloo Police Department arrested a 17 year old female on an arrest warrant issued out of Waterloo Village Court.The Female, whose name is not being released due to her age, allegedly entered a village residence and damaged property inside the residence.The female was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released to her mother’s custody. She is due to re-appear in Village Court on September 11, 2013.
