Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 2 males following an investigation at the Town’s Boaters Anemities Facility on Sunday August 18th.Police located the males inside the facility after hours consuming alcoholic beverages and had been smoking marijuana while inside the facility.Jesse M. Nelson, age 21, of Red Creek was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree and Unlawfully dealing with a Child. Peter A. Granger, age 20, of Seneca Falls was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree, False Personation, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. Both were arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and committed to SCCF on $5000 Cash/$10,000 Bond. Both have to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09/11/13 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges. Town police would like to remind residents that the Boater’s Facility is for use by those docked in the Canal Harbor.
