Four arrested after W’loo/Geneva Rd. cocaine bust

On Wednesday, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested four individuals following an investigation into the distribution of cocaine in the Town of Waterloo. A search warrant was executed at 350 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment Five, in the Town of Waterloo, by members of the Sheriff’s Office and the Geneva Police Department. During the search warrant, quantities of cocaine, ecstacy and marijuana were seized. Investigators also seized digital scales, plastic baggies commonly used to package illicit drugs, and almost $3,000 in cash. Arrested were the following: Pliekou Irvin, 34, no permanent address, was charged w ith Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. Irvin was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Irvin is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on August 27, 2013 at 11am. Nicolletta L. Carson, 20, of 350 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment Five, Waterloo, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. Carson was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Carson is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on August 27, 2013 at 11am. Desmond L. Carrion, 16, of 350 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment Five, Waterloo, New York, was cha rged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. Carrion was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Carrion is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on August 27, 2013 at 11am. Ginger M. Bates, 24, 350 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment Five, Waterloo, New York, was charged with Criminal Nuisance in the first degree, a Class E Felony. Bates was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court on September 12, 2013 at 5pm.
