On Tuesday at about 11:55 pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Stephen L. Rapini, age 50 of 74 Garden Street in Seneca Falls, for trespass, criminal mischief and harassment 2nd degree.It is alleged Rapini was on private property banging on the side of a vehicle and would not leave when the homeowner confronted him. After the Waterloo Police arrived on scene and and had Rapini in custody, he was transported to the Waterloo Police Department where he kicked an officer two times and damaged a desk.Rapini was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500.00 bail. He is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
