The Seneca Co Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Richard M. Yasher, age 23, of West Lake Road in Auburn, for one count each of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree. Deputies state that they received a complaint of a suspicious person in the parking lot of the Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center in Romulus. Upon investigating the incident, Yasher returned to the Sheriff’s Office with the proceeds of a burglary he had committed at a Romulus business. Yasher was taken into custody in the parking lot and the property was recovered.Yasher was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court in front of Town Justice Gruele. Yasher was committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or 5,000 insured bond. Yasher is set to return to the Town of Romulus Court on 8/23/13 at 10:30am for a felony hearing.
