On Sunday, August 18th, 2013 at about 9:36 PM, the Waterloo Police arrested Timothy M. Anderson, age 20, of Hecker Road in Waterloo, for Criminal Contempt in the second degree.Police responded to a report of a suspicious male entering a residence on South Seneca Street in the Village and observed Anderson inside an apartment with a female who has a stay away order of protection against him.Anderson was was taken into custody for violating the stay away order of protection, arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $3000.00 bail. He is to reappear ata later date to answer to the charge.
