The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Friday at approximately 10:00 pm, that Sheriff Deputies arrested Tammy L. Ticer age 41 of Chapel Street in Seneca Falls on an Arrest Warrant for Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the first degree, a Class E Felony.It is alleged that Ticer did knowingly provide false information on a written instrument with the intention of receiving benefits.Ticer was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court where she was released on her own recognizance. She is to reappear at the Village of Waterloo COurt on September 4, 2013 at 9:00 am.
