An early morning accident in Seneca County claimed the life of a 33-year-old Romulus man and sent a passenger to the hospital.According to State Police, Christopher Hurcomb, age 33 of Romulus, was killed when his car struck a tree on County Road 124 near Kings Corners Road in the Seneca County Town of Varick. Police responded to the accident shortly after 3:00 am on Sunday.A passenger in the vehicle was taken to Geneva Hospital before being transferred to Strong in Rochester. The male passenger is now listed in satisfactory condition.The cause of the accident is under investigation.
