Seneca County Sheriff Deputies report that on Monday morning, at approximately 2:11 am, Jeremy Cecce, age 30 of Middle Black Brook Road in Seneca Falls, was arrested for assault in the 3rd degree.The charges stem from a domestic incident where Cecce allegedly struck the victim in the face causing injury during an argument.Cecce was arraigned before the Town of Tyre Court and released. He is to reappear on 09-17-13 at 5:00 pm to answer for the charge.
