Michael Foulkrod of Waterloo has been acquitted of murder and kidnapping charges on Friday in Ontario County Court in Canandaigua.A jury found Foulkrod guilty of a lesser charge of manslaughter in the 2nd degree as well as unlawful imprisonment and leaving the scene of an accident.The 44-year-old Foulkrod was charged with murder after he struck and killed a 77-year-old Geneva man in December. Foulkrod now faces up to 15 years in prison on the felony manslaughter charge and is being held without bail. Sentencing is scheduled for August 23rd.
