On Saturday evening around 10:26 pm, Penn Yan Village Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 2 Main Street.Upon arrival, officers met with Larry E. Enos, age 42 of Penn Yan, and his girlfriend.After an investigation, officers determined that Enos had a physical altercation with his girlfriend prior to the arrival of police and attempted to place him under arrest.Enos physically resisted the officers and was taken into custody after officers were forced to use a taser to subdue the Penn Yan man.Enos was charged with 2nd degree harassment, obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
