On Thursday at 11:22 am, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Mark E. Quenan, age 20, of 36 Miller Street in Seneca Falls. Police charged Quenan with sexual misconduct a class A misdemeanor.It is alleged that Quenan had a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female between June and August of 2013.Arraignment was before Waterloo Village Justice Barto and Quenan was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 secure bond.Justice Barto issued an order of protection for the victim and Quenan is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08/14/13 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charges.
