The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on Tuesday at 10:38 am, deputies investigated a personal injury motor vehicle accident in Ovid.Deputies report that Donna M. Treleaven was east bound on Water St. in Ovid when she lost control of her vehicle. Treleaven drove across the roadway and struck a vehicle parked on the north side of Water St.Treleaven complained of neck and back pain and was transported by South Seneca Ambulance to Schuyler Hospital where she was treated and released.Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Treleaven was ticketed for failed to keep right.
