On Sunday at 02:10 AM the Waterloo Village Police Arrested Adam J. Cottrell, age 25 of Waterloo, for DWI, Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or higher and backing unsafely.Waterloo Police were called to a Property Damage motor vehicle accident on East Elizabeth Street and following an investigation it was discovered that Mr. Cottrell was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and backed up into another car while he was attempting to leave a village business.Mr. Cottrell was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Village Court on September 4, 2013.
