The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday evening at 9:23 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputy’s arrested 32 year old Aaron W. Milledge of County Road 139 in Ovid for Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B felony. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marihuana and speeding.The arrest stems from Milledge being stopped on State Route 96 in the Town of Ovid for speeding. Milledge was found to be in possession of marihuana and approx 37 grams of cocaine.Milledge was arraigned in the town of Romulus Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail and $40,000 secured bond. Milledge is to re-appear in the town of Ovid Court on Tuesday August 6th at 10:00 am for a Felony hearing.
