On July 26th, 2013 at 12:54am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Kevin C. Gourley, age 22, of Waterloo Geneva Road, Waterloo for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a .18 of 1% Blood Alcohol Content or Greater, Failure to Keep Right, and No Drivers Side Mirror. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Cowing Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Gourley was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 14th, 2013 at 9:00am for his next hearing.On July 26th 2013 Seneca Falls Police arrested Crystal D. Major, age 28, of State Route 5 and 20, Seneca Falls for Petit Larceny. Major was issued an appearance ticket and is to be in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 1st 2013 at 10:00am to answer to the charges. Seneca Falls Police arrested Joshua R. Goodman, age 33, of Swaby Street, Seneca Falls on 7-28-13 following a 2:30 am traffic stop on Mynderse Street. Goodman was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Inadequate Headlamps. Goodman was released and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 1st, 2013 at 10am.
