On July 21st at 2:48 am, SFPD arrested Brian P. Whittlesely, Jr., age 32, of Mills Rd. in Waterloo following a traffic stop on River Road in Seneca Falls.Whittlesely was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a MV with a BAC of .08% or Highter and Failure to Keep Right.He was released on traffic tickets and will appear on July 25th, 2013 in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charges.
