On Monday afternoon at 3:45 pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Bryan R. Lyle, age 26, of North Walnut Street in Waterloo. Lyle was charged with menacing in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.It is alleged that Lyle removed a shotgun from his vehicle and pointed it at the window of the victim’s house while the victim was inside.Lyle was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash / $10,000 insured bond bail. Lyle is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 9/4/13 at 9:00 am.
