On Sunday, July 21, 2013 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Douglas M. Bergstresser, age 51, of 138 E. Main Street, Penn Yan for DWI, .08% BAC or more, Fail to keep right and Fail to signal a turn. The said defendant was arrested on East Main Street in Waterloo following a traffic stop for not signaling and for crossing into the opposite lane of traffic. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket and was released. The defendant is due back in Waterloo Village Court on August 21, 2013.
