The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on July 20, 2013 at 12:08 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Richard H Brown Jr, age 41, of Factory St, Burdett NY, on State Route 96 in the Town of Covert.Brown was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Resisting Arrest, Failure to keep right, Driving across hazardous markings and Driving on the shoulder of a public highway.Brown was released on an appearance ticket’s and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Covert Court on August 19th 2013 to answer the charges. 135
