On Friday morning shortly after 11:00 am, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Steven Klein, age 55 of Pulver Road in Dundee, for 2nd degree harassment.The charges are the result of a complaint that he punched another man while at the Kwik Fill store on Lake Street in Penn Yan.Klein is scheduled to appear in court on July 29th.
